Col. K. Krishna Menon (retd)
Director, Ankur
Col. Menon comes with over 3 decades of experience in the army. He is an alumni of Sainik School, National Defence Academy and Indian Military Academy.
He’s been a frontline soldier having been commissioned into an infantry battalion and has been exposed to the entire geographical landscape of India over his 30 years of service.
Col.Menon joined Ankur at the end of 2015 and has been steering the Ankur Flagship program ever since.
He has dedicatedly chartered the program into new geographies and conceptualised a model of holistic care that is responsive to the unique needs of the student population and the different stages of their life. He brings the qualities of commitment, proactiveness and goal oriented behaviour, combined with a passion for social responsibility, to address the cause of equity in education.
Ms. Jennifer S. Gomes
Vice Principal – Child Welfare, Ankur
Jennifer is a dedicated professional with a total of 28 years of working experience with children, 14 years as a teacher and 14 years working in the capacity of hostel management. Having an extensive range of skills and qualities, she is passionate about nurturing the holistic development of children. Since 2009, her commitment for the cause of Ankur has been adding tremendous value to the lives of many children.
Ms.Sunitha Peter
Vice Principal-Academics, Ankur
Sunitha Peter is an alumna of Maharani’s Science College and St.Joseph’s Post Graduate Centre, Bangalore University. First five years of her career began in IT industries. Very soon she found her calling in the Education Industry in 2003. In these two decades as an Educator, she has progressed in a few wonderful institutions in various prominent roles. Throughout a decade of her journey at Ankur, Sunitha has been instrumental and successful in bringing transformation in students potential through Academics and Intellectual development.
Ms. Renuka K V
Senior Administrative Officer
Renuka began her career working in the Medical Licensing department of the Karnataka Medical Council for seven years. She started to understand and hone her skills as an administrator while working for Prodat IT Solutions, Noble Management Services and Star Vend. But she found her passion and zeal for philanthropy in Ankur, which has kept her relationship with this organisation alive and continuous for the past 14 years. She wishes to be part of the Ankur family and its journey towards achieving a better society for years to come.

Although Sunitha’s first five years of her career began in the Customer Services domain of the IT industries, she found her calling in the Education Industry in 2003. She is an alumna of Maharani’s Science College and St. Joseph’s PostGraduate Centre, Bangalore University.
In two decades as an Educator, she has progressed in a few wonderful institutions in various prominent roles. Throughout a decade of her journey at Ankur, Sunitha has been instrumental in bringing transformation in student potential through Academics and Intellectual development.
